DEADLINES FOR 2021 ANNUAL MEETING
Materials must be RECEIVED by end of day on the following dates. All materials must be submitted online via the appropriate web form on the мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½± website unless otherwise noted.
мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±’s 2021 Annual Meeting will be held November 17-20 in Chicago, IL with a second virtual component to take place online December 9-12. The deadlines below apply for both components unless otherwise noted.

January 15, 2021 | New Member-Organized Session or Workshop Proposal Form due to the Program Committee. |
February 8-10, 2021 | Decisions will be conveyed by the мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½± office regarding new Member-Organized Sessions and Workshops |
February 15, 2021 | Call for Papers to post, and Online Abstract Management System to open for paper submissions. |
March 15, 2021 | Deadline to submit paper abstracts via the online submission system, and deadline for presenters to complete meeting registration and мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½± membership requirements. |
April 1, 2021 | Final Deadline for paper abstracts and workshop presentation proposals. A fee of $25 applies to late abstracts submitted during the grace period (March 16-April 1). The fee will be waived for abstracts that were solicited by a session chair. |
April 9, 2021 | Deadline for Session Chairs to submit online reviews of paper proposals (round 1 of reviews). |
April 15, 2021 | Call for Posters Opens. |
April 23, 2021 | Deadline for Session Chairs to submit online reviews of paper proposals (round 2 of reviews). |
May 1, 2021 | Session Chair deadline to provide program and abstract instructions to мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½± office. |
May 15, 2021 | Paper proposal decisions (acceptance, rejections, wait-list) to be sent by e-mail from мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½± to the individual who submitted the proposal. |
August 1, 2021 | Poster Deadline: Deadline to submit a poster abstract via мÓÆÂÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±’s Online Abstract Management System. |
August 30, 2021 | Deadline to change your affiliation or make minor corrections to your abstract |
